Frequently Asked Questions

RENTALS:

All rentals require a valid photo ID and a credit card. All deposits are required to be made with a credit card. Payment is due prior to taking the equipment.

A contract must be signed prior to taking any equipment from the yard

Make sure you know your towing capacity of your vehicle. If it is not heavy duty enough, you may have to make other arrangements, such as delivery or a different vehicle.

We will not send out a trailer or equipment out if it causes an unsafe situation.

Please tell us ahead of time if you are going to need a trailer or a hitch in addition to your equipment rental.

Concrete carts & Mini Excavators are very popular reserve them ahead of time!

LANDSCAPE MATERIALS:

Delivery drivers can not take a credit card. Only exact cash or check. They do not carry change.

All deliveries MUST be scheduled with the office. Drivers can not schedule for additional deliveries. Please call (209)267-5998

Most deliveries have to be done during the week, prior to 3pm. This is due to the fact that rock plants are not open on the weekends.

We can not guarantee tailgating rock do to moisture content of the rock, site conditions that could make it impossible or unsafe.

We can not split loads in the same truck.
